Dear Supplier, this information is provided to natural person suppliers and to natural persons who operate in the name and on behalf of legal person suppliers, pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR 2016/679 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data).
1) IDENTITY AND CONTACTS OF THE OWNER: the Data Controller is the Company Polymers Recycle d.o.o. Simonetija - Simonetia, 59 52460 Kaldanija - Caldania - Buje (HR) Croatia - OIB: 50498801803 / VIES :HR50498801803 . info@polymers-recycle.eu.
2) WHICH DATA WE PROCESS AND SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: the Data Controller processes personal data relating to legal entities (not regulated by the GDPR) but also common personal data, identification data, economic data, financial and payment information collected directly from the interested party and/or acquired from external companies for the purpose of collecting commercial information (including, for example, management information).
3) PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING:
The legal bases of the processing are identified in the articles. 6.1.b) and 6.1.c) 6.1f) of the aforementioned Regulation.
4) PROCESSING METHODS: the data will be processed through paper and electronic aids and we assure you that we have implemented all measures deemed necessary and/or appropriate to maintain the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data.
5) RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA: the personal data processed will not be disclosed but communicated to well-defined subjects. On the basis of the roles and work tasks performed, internal and external staff are entitled to processing within the limits of their competences and in accordance with the instructions given to them by the Data Controller. The same data may be communicated to subjects entitled to access it pursuant to legal provisions, regulations and regulations, to mail delivery companies, banks and credit institutions, debt collection/commercial information companies, consultants, law firms, couriers, companies IT hardware maintenance/assistance, software, web, professional firms/companies providing accounting, fiscal and tax services, self-employed/casual workers, agents, third-party bodies, judicial authorities.
6) EXTRA-EU TRANSFER OF DATA: the management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers to Italy and/or the European Union and/or non-EU countries and/or to use cloud services. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions by stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.
7) DATA STORAGE: the Data Controller stores and processes personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated or for the period imposed by current civil and tax provisions.
8) RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY: in accordance with articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR 2016/679, the interested party can exercise his rights by writing to the Data Controller at the above address or by email to the address info@polymers-recycle.eu
The interested party may also lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of the state of residence.
9) PROVISION OF DATA: the provision of the requested data is necessary on the basis of legal obligations, regulations, regulations and conditions the possibility of correctly and effectively fulfilling the contractual obligations undertaken; therefore any refusal to provide will make it impossible to establish and manage a commercial relationship between the parties.
10) AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES: the Data Controller does not carry out processing that consists of automated decision-making processes on the data processed.
