INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART.13 OF THE GDPR 2016/679
(European Regulation on the protection of personal data)

 

This information is provided to natural persons, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data).

1) IDENTITY AND CONTACTS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER: the Data Controller is the Company Polymers Recycle d.o.o. Simonetija - Simonetia, 59

2) DATA PROCESSED: the personal data processed are data of a personal, identification, contact and curricular nature (i.e. relating to the candidate's training and professional experience). In the event that the candidate's CV/cover letter contains so-called data particulars (suitable to reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, information regarding health or sexual life or sexual orientation), pursuant to art. 9, par.2, letter. a) of the GDPR, your consent must be considered a necessary condition for such processing. In this case, it is necessary to send the attached form relating to the expression of consent to Sipol S.p.a. at info@polymers-recycle.eu. CVs with particular data sent without the required expression of consent will NOT be taken into consideration.

3) SOURCE AND PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING: the personal data processed are those provided voluntarily by the candidate when sending the CV via the appropriate form on the website and are processed exclusively for the purposes connected to evaluation and selection, or to propose other types of job offers consistent with the professional profile of the interested party.
In the event of a positive evaluation, the aim will be to prepare the necessary documentation for the establishment of the working or collaboration relationship.
The legal basis is identified in art.6, par.1. lit. b) of the GDPR.

4) PROCESSING METHODS: the data will be processed through paper and electronic aids and we assure you that we have implemented all the organisational, physical and logical measures deemed necessary and/or appropriate to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the data.

5) RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA: the personal data processed in the CVs will be communicated to well-defined subjects. Based on the roles and work tasks performed, internal staff are authorized to process in relation to the tasks performed. The acquired data may be communicated to consultants, associated companies, companies carrying out activities on behalf of the Data Controller.

6) DATA TRANSFER: the management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers to Italy and/or the European Union and/or non-EU countries and/or to use cloud services. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions by stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.

7) DATA STORAGE: the Data Controller retains the CVs for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated, i.e. 12 months from the date of receipt; after this period they will be cancelled/destroyed.

8) RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY and RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT: pursuant to articles 15 right of access, 16 right of rectification, 17 right to cancellation, 18 right to limitation of processing, 20 right to portability, 21 right to opposition of the GDPR 2016/679 the interested party can exercise his rights by writing to the Data Controller at the above address or by email at info@polymers-recycle.eu; the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of the state of residence (art.77 of the GDPR 2016/679).

9) REVOCATION OF CONSENT: with reference to art.7 of the GDPR 2016/679 the interested party can revoke the consent given at any time.

10) PROVISION OF DATA: failure to provide it may make it impossible to proceed with the evaluation/selection of the application.

11) AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES: the Data Controller does not carry out processing that consists of automated decision-making processes on the data processed.
