INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF THE GDPR 2016/679
(European Regulation on the protection of personal data)

Dear Interested Party, in implementation of article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data), this information is provided regarding the processing of personal data relating to the management of newsletters.

1) IDENTITY AND CONTACTS OF THE OWNER: the Data Controller is the Company Polymers Recycle d.o.o. Simonetija - Simonetia, 59 52460 Kaldanija - Caldania - Buje (HR) Croatia - OIB: 50498801803 / VIES:HR50498801803 . info@polymers-recycle.eu.

2) DATA PROCESSED: name, surname, e-mail address, role in the Company, company name of the Company to which you belong.

3) PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING: we process personal data in accordance with the provisions of General Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 on data protection for the following purposes:

1. 1. 1. For the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller (art. 6 par. 1 letter f of the GDPR):
         – for general information activities relating to institutional communications;
         – for commercial information activities by e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the sale, concerning the same type of product and/or service (soft spam) similar to the product/service being sold (art.130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/03) on the basis of legitimate interest unless there is opposition.
         For this purpose, your prior consent is not required.

       

      2. Purposes for which express consent from the interested party is required (art.6 par.1 letter a) of the GDPR):
         – for marketing purposes for the sending by the Data Controller, via newsletter, of commercial/advertising material and communications with informative and/or promotional content in relation to products and/or services provided and/or promoted by the Data Controller.
          
         Express consent can be revoked at any time. The revocation is valid for the future and does not concern previous processing. You have the possibility to request the list of consents given at any time and manage it through the "Manage Preference" link at the bottom of each newsletter.

4) RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA: personal data will be processed by subjects who operate as Data Controllers and/or as natural persons who operate and act under the authority of the Data Controller and/or the Data Controller processing, such as, by way of example but not limited to: associated companies, communication agencies, manager of the newsletter sending platform, hosting service provider, etc.; the same data may be communicated to subjects entitled to access it pursuant to legal provisions, regulations and regulations.

5) METHOD OF PROCESSING: the data will be processed mainly through electronic/digital aids and web platforms and similar and we assure you that we have implemented all measures organizational, physical and logical deemed necessary and/or appropriate to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the data.

6) DATA TRANSFER: the management and storage of personal data takes place on servers located within the European Union.

7)  DATA STORAGE: the Data Controller stores and processes personal data for the time strictly necessary and/or until your opposition/withdrawal of consent; for marketing purposes, personal data will be retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from collection.
Verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they are processed is periodically carried out.

8) PROVISION OF DATA: the provision of data is optional. Failure to consent/oppose does not entail any consequences with respect to the execution of existing contractual and pre-contractual relationships, you simply will not receive any marketing communications from Polymers Recycle d.o.o. .

9) RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT: in accordance with articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the interested party can exercise his rights by writing to the Data Controller at the above address or by email to info@polymers-recycle.eu.
The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, for access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing and, where appropriate, portability of the data. In the event of a request for data portability, the Data Controller provides the personal data being processed in a commonly used and readable structured format.

The User may, at any time, exercise the rights expressed in articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, such as:

1. 1. • access to personal data: obtain confirmation whether or not data concerning you is being processed and, in this case, access to the following information: the purposes, the categories of data, the recipients, the period of conservation, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to request rectification or cancellation or limitation of processing or opposition to the processing itself as well as the existence of an automated decision-making process;
      • request for rectification or cancellation of the same or limitation of processing concerning him; “limitation” means the marking of the data stored with the aim of limiting their processing in the future;
      • opposition to processing: object for reasons related to your particular situation to the processing of data for the execution of the Data Controller's legitimate interest;
      • data portability: in the case of automated processing carried out on the basis of consent or in execution of a contract, to receive the data concerning him in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; in particular, the data will be provided to you by the Data Controller in .xls or similar format;
      • withdrawal of consent (art.7 of the GDPR) to processing for marketing purposes, both direct and indirect; the exercise of this right does not in any way prejudice the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation.

10) NEWSLETTER CANCELLATION AND PREFERENCE MANAGEMENT: consent to processing may be revoked at any time using the link at the bottom of each newsletter to unsubscribe from the newsletter or it may be managed through the "Manage" link. Preference” at the bottom of each newsletter or by writing an email to info@polymers-recycle.eu.
In case of unsubscription/preference management via direct link to the platform, your request is managed automatically and, at most, you will be able to receive another newsletter if it has already been scheduled by the Owner within 72 hours.

11) RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT: The interested party has the right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority of the state of residence.
